The best hotel experience I have had in Mexico so far. The host Alain as well as the rest of his family was very welcoming and accomodating. Since we booked out of peak season, Alain had spare rooms and upgraded our rooms free of charge! He also was very informative on where to book tours, buy sim cards and most importantly he is the co-owner of the best birria stand I have every tried, Birria La Catrina! I highly reccomend trying the place. Although the location is a little further from the city center, I like how it is quiet at night for a good nights rest. It is only around a 5-10 minute walk to the center, plus, Alain offered rides to the city center for 100 pesos. There is also access to the roof top that has a pool and an amazing view of the island, my boyfriend and I went there often for the view. I also love the decor of the hotel and rooms. Almost everything is shaped like a heart, its very cute! I highly reccomend booking your stay here

It's conviently located when you areive with the ferry. Going to the beach takes a bit longer than from ither hotels/hostels but is still okay. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are spacious and every room comes with a private kitchen. The rooftop terrace is also very nice with a beautiful view from the pool.

Loved staying here. It’s exactly what you need. Bed - AC - kitchen and a bathroom. The manager of the hotel was super friendly. I got a food poisoning (not from here) on the second day so i can say for sure the bed and room are really comfy and i spend a lot of time there. The pool on the roof is also really nice. We had the breakfast included. It’s really simple but for us that didn’t matter. The location for us was also a big plus! Everything was walking distance but it was not in the busy area so we had quite nights :)

Corazón Mexicano exceeded all expectations! Alain, the owner, went above and beyond to take care of everything, resolving any issues promptly and ensuring our stay was perfect. Location is great, very close to the centre, but far enough you won't hear the banging music on the weekend. 5 mins from the arrival of ferries. The place was super clean and the rooftop pool was amazing, with a lovely view of the bay. We even extended our stay, and he accommodated us without hesitation. The kitchen was spotless, and everything about this place was truly 5-star. Highly recommend!

The hotel is not located in downtown, which it makes it nice and quiet. The service provided by Daniel and Jessica was great. The rooms are very clean, hot water and air conditioning work great. Thank you all I we had a great time. Andres and Mary.
